A B-BBEE expert and specialist with over 15 years’ experience in Corporate, specifically Multinationals operating in IT, Publishing, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Logistics, Security sector, Rail, as well as the Freight and Passenger locomotive sector of Transportation.She has held various Executive Director and Management roles, pioneering Transformation mandates in alignment with regulatory compliance.  Passionate for community and youth development, she also served on various boards and committees as non-executive Director and Trustee of an Educational Trust to drive Strategic CSI programmes.  In addition, Government Affairs & Policy, responsible for SSA transaction advocacy, whilst also serving as corporate ombudsman for South Africa and Angola respectively.

A seasoned business development executive with a proven record of achievement and leadership. Held various Executive, Leadership and Senior Management roles within Business Development/Sales, Customer Services, Marketing and Product Management across various industries. Over 30 years of experience in Business Development across various companies. 20 of these years with IT Multinationals. Held the position of Chairperson for the Employment Equity Committee of a multinational in the Legal industry for 2 years.He has a deep passion for the technology sector and specifically for the analytics software market having worked for most of the top Analytics software giants and specializing in Advanced Analytics, Information Management Systems, Business Intelligence and AI.
